Organizers of the Festival do not support the costs of participants’ transportation, but are ready to cooperate with the Government, the Ministry of Culture, Culture Centers, Town Halls, the Congress of National Communities, Embassies and other structure, in order to get the required amount.
Organizers of the Festival offers to the participants:
- Auditorium, setting for the performance, costumes and props, in accordance with the rider dispatched in time;
-Accommodation in the hotel at least 4 days (theatrical groups up to 10 persons for 4 nights/5 days, more than 10 persons-3 nights/4 days);
- Accommodation in the hotel, for an additional period of time, will benefit of a discount;
- 3 meals a day at the restaurant;
- Visa-free entry to the territory of the Republic of Moldova, for countries where visa regime is set out with Moldova;
- Free transport travel to the territory of the Republic of Moldova
-Free access to all the performances from the BITEI Festival;
-Press Conference with the participation of artists invited to the festival;
- Trophy of BITEI Festival - "Goddess with golden eyes" and Diploma for participation in the Festival will be given to each team;
- Unlimited access to the internet inside The "Eugene Ionesco" Theatre;
- A tourist trip in Moldova
- Guests and participants gatherings in a nightclub for socializing, during the period of the Festival
Festival BITEI is a non-competitive one and do not provide the daily subsistence allowance and attendee fees for shows performed.
